I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities working under the guidance of Prof. Vipin Kumar. My latest research is on noisy supervised machine learning, in which the goal is to train models with noisy data without the model overfitting to noise. Deep neural networks have shown human-level performance results; nevertheless, they rely on high-quality annotations, which are time-consuming and expensive to collect. Noisy Supervised machine learning tries to overcome this bottleneck. I also collaborate with Prof Ju Sun for solving non-linear inverse problems arising in computational imaging systems and beyond.
